Consumer Board Division is now looking for a motivated, and passionate individual to develop and play an active role in a commercial business environment. The successful candidate will be trained within an international context and exposed to a variety of complex business challenges on our journey towards a truly renewable materials company. You will develop the required knowledge and skills to grow a career in a commercial leadership role.

During your first 18 months in this job you will participate in the Stora Enso GROW Global Trainee Programme.

Job description

The Commercial Specialist will be part in developing various commercial activities within the division. You will be collaborating with other members of the team and various internal functions for example supply chain, product management and marketing. Tasks will vary and can involve:

Main Responsibilities
  • Market- and business analysis
  • Support sales- and business planning
  • Contribute to development of product- and service offerings
  • Development of marketing activities
  • Participate in developing customer relationships
  • Support in pricing and profitability analyses
  • Required Education
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in engineering or business administration.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    Language Skills
    Fluent in written and spoken English.
    Additional commercial skills will be considered an advantage.
    Other requirements
    The ideal candidate is quick learning and proactive. You are result oriented with a strong collaborative approach. You are comfortable taking on challenges and never compromise on ethical standards.

    General requirements

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.

    The ambition of the Consumer Board division is to be the global benchmark in high-quality virgin fibre cartonboard and the preferred partner to customers and brand owners in the premium end-use packaging and graphical segments. Our wide board and barrier coating selection is suitable for the design and optimisation of packaging for liquid, food, pharmaceutical and luxury goods.
