Improve productivity, the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and fact-based decision-making in production processes of (agreed) Wood Products mills through data analytics.

Job description

Main Responsibilities
  • Identifying new operational excellence analytics and reporting requirements, pain points and improvement opportunities together with (agreed) mills
  • Developing new data analytics solutions for improving productivity and efficiency in production processes of (agreed) mills
  • Coaching and training mill persons in implementation of data analytics
  • Following data analytics industry developments and proactively identifying new ideas/opportunities to the company
  • Participating in various OI initiatives and acting as change agent for continuous improvement
  • Required Education
    Masters degree in Engineering.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    Language Skills
    Good business English. If in Czech Republic, fluency in Czech. If in Austria, fluency in German.

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.

    Wood Products division provides versatile wood-based solutions for building and housing. Our product range covers all areas of construction, including massive wood elements, wood components and sawn goods. We also offer pellets for sustainable heating. Our customers are mainly merchants and retailers, industrial integrators and construction companies.
