The purpose of this role is to align and support common maintenance processes, IT-tools and KPI’s in our Wood Products mills. Based on increasing experience about our different sawmills, jobholder identifies also best practices and new improvement ideas between our units.

Job description

Support the alignment of common maintenance processes, IT-tools and KPI´s.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluation of our maintenance processes, IT-tools and KPI´s in our Wood product mills
  • Evaluation of some few maintenance process, IT-tools and KPI´s in few selected SE mills in Paper division
  • Supporting the development of a common minimum version which fulfils all real needs and fits to SEWP
  • Required Education
    Masters degree in Engineering.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    Language Skills
    Fluency in German and good business English.

  • Meeting GROW program requirements
  • No previous work experience required
  • High interest in production environment
  • Capability to describe different processes in a simple way
  • Capability to find similarities, describe the best practice and create a proposal for further use

    General requirements

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.

    Wood Products division provides versatile wood-based solutions for building and housing. Our product range covers all areas of construction, including massive wood elements, wood components and sawn goods. We also offer pellets for sustainable heating. Our customers are mainly merchants and retailers, industrial integrators and construction companies.
