The purpose of this role is to develop and grow new business for Stora Enso. Based on and developing a strong knowledge of the construction market’s characteristics and dynamics, the jobholder identifies business opportunities, gets in contact with potential customers and starts new business.
He or she is heavily involved in the good running of the Austrian CRM system, working closely with the Austrian Sales Director.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of the market trends and opportunities. Based on that, developing Stora Enso’s unique selling propositions and key differentiators into new customers and market segmentsIn conjunction with the ASD, strategic planning for his/her customers, as well as wider Austrian marketProactively identifying business opportunities and getting in contact with responsible decision makersBuilding up a network of customer accounts to achieve long term successUsing all possible channels and means to find potential new non-buying customers and convert them into new opportunitiesDeveloping positive long-term customer relationshipsUpdating and managing a CRM system to track all personal activities, such as appointments, meeting reports and account plans, as well as promoting and helping its usage with colleaguesNegotiating offers and deals with prospective clients, clarifying issues and objections and coming up with solutions that are appreciated by the customersNegotiating and managing customer agreementsResolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely mannerContributing to the local sales & product strategyResponsibility of customer level sales planning and forecasting, as well as execution and follow-upManaging customer payment behaviour
BBA in Marketing or Sales.
Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Working experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in German and good business English.
