In this role the GROW trainee will support the Sales team in the roll out of the CRM and the sales reporting templates in PowerBI.

Job description

CRM process development in WP and PowerBI reporting development to support WP sales function.

Main Responsibilities
CRM Process Development:
  • Supporting process owners in CRM-related process definition, harmonisation and description
  • Sales and Marketing process alignment with CRM
  • Translating Sales, Customer Service & Marketing process development into CRM development needs
  • Promotion of CRM and process harmonisation across divisional units
  • Divisional CRM development portfolio management
  • Managing CRM border lines with other processes and functions (CRM connected topics/initiatives with sales, customer service, marketing and supply chain)
  • Training of CRM process and tools to divisional users
  • Cooperation with Stora Enso IT in CRM development matters

  • PowerBI Reporting Development:
  • Defining PowerBI reporting solution for WP Sales and Supply Chain (S&OP), report layouts, content, KPI’s, measures, reports and dashboards
  • Building reporting solution in co-operation with related Stora Enso IT resources or external resources
  • Defining and managing access rights process
  • Training of PowerBI tools and reporting solutions to divisional users
  • Defining and managing PowerBI publishing process in WP sales
  • Co-operation with Stora Enso IT in CRM development matters
  • Participating in various projects to develop reporting in WP Sales, including Supply Chain (S&OP)
  • Required Education
    BBA in Marketing or Sales, or equivalent.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    Working experience in analytics or sales will be considered an advantage.
    Language Skills
    Fluency in English and German.

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;

Our product range covers all areas of construction, including massive wood elements, wood components and sawn goods. We also offer pellets for sustainable heating. Our customers are mainly merchants and retailers, industrial integrators and construction companies.
