Job description

As a Sales Specialist, you will be a part of an international team and you will be responsible for value selling and service development, and overall identification of improvement opportunities that meet customer requirements. You will work in an international and customer oriented team that strongly believes in the future of the renewable packaging business. You will drive value selling and service projects for Corrugated Packaging customers in Baltic by optimisation of packaging resources and possibilities.

Key performance indicators include :

  • Optimisation of corrugated packaging usage for key customers and by doing that increasing customer profitability and awareness of sustainability
  • Value selling and service projects per year
  • Profitability improvement in Euro or %
  • Main Responsibilities
    In this role you will work with a range of customers in different industry segments in Baltic market with the following key tasks:

  • Offering customers possibilities to increase efficiency on whole supply chain process
  • Completing analysis of different packaging sizes in assortment to optimise the whole process
  • Preparing tailored packaging solutions to customers
  • Improving designs for our customers
  • Developing and executing segment strategy in Baltics by strengthening company footprint in the market
  • Sharing experience with management and Sales representatives after implementation
  • Showing initiative in process improvement within the own process and whole organisation
  • Identifying and leveraging best practices across the organisation and ensuring that benefits are realised

  • You will work with all team members in the Corrugated Packaging unit in Baltics; designers, production, customer service, supply chain, finance etc.
    Required Education
    Master’s Degree in Economics.
    Graduation by August 2019 at the latest.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
    Language Skills
    Fluent in written and spoken English and Latvian.
    Additional language skill will be considered an advantage.
    Other requirements
    The ideal candidate is highly structured and systematic, works proactively and result-oriented and is willing and able to take initiative.     General requirements

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.
