As a Sales Specialist, you will be a part of an international team and you will be responsible for value selling and service development, and overall identification of improvement opportunities that meet customer requirements. You will work in an international and customer oriented team that strongly believes in the future of the renewable packaging business. You will drive value selling and service projects for Corrugated Packaging customers in Baltic by optimisation of packaging resources and possibilities.Optimisation of corrugated packaging usage for key customers and by doing that increasing customer profitability and awareness of sustainabilityValue selling and service projects per yearProfitability improvement in Euro or %

In this role you will work with a range of customers in different industry segments in Baltic market with the following key tasks:Offering customers possibilities to increase efficiency on whole supply chain processCompleting analysis of different packaging sizes in assortment to optimise the whole processPreparing tailored packaging solutions to customersImproving designs for our customersDeveloping and executing segment strategy in Baltics by strengthening company footprint in the marketSharing experience with management and Sales representatives after implementationShowing initiative in process improvement within the own process and whole organisationIdentifying and leveraging best practices across the organisation and ensuring that benefits are realised
You will work with all team members in the Corrugated Packaging unit in Baltics; designers, production, customer service, supply chain, finance etc.
Master’s Degree in Economics.
Graduation by August 2019 at the latest.
Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Latvian.
Additional language skill will be considered an advantage.
