Sales teams in Corrugated Poland are responsible for the coordination of market actions in the assigned area, defining customer needs, gaining new customers, upholding good relationships with current customers and other actions leading to a constant increase in sales.

This new position, Sales Specialist, is placed in Regional Sales team in Ostrołęka, Poland to give operational support for the Sales team.

The main expectation for this position is to find new business opportunities to support Sales representatives in daily work and to improve our operations in the Sales organisation to increase customer satisfaction.

Job description

As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the operation support for the Sales Team, and will be working closely with Sales colleagues and customers. The main expectation of the position is to find opportunities to support Sales representatives in their daily work and to improve our operations in the Sales organisation to increase customer satisfaction.

You will be supporting sales team in new products’ implementation, and prepare calculations and offers for customers. Sales reports and analysis will give guidance to Sales to make business decisions. In addition to collaborating closely with Sales team, you will interact with Customer Service and Design teams.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Main Responsibilities
  • Co-operating and providing the support for the sales operations to the Sales team
  • Participating in the implementation process of new products helping us to sell with insights
  • Preparing cost calculations
  • Preparing sales offers
  • Developing and updating sales reports
  • Preparing ad-hoc sales analysis to support business decisions
  • Running administration related with customer co-operation
  • Preparing product specifications
  • Co-operating with Customer Service and design studio to help create more value for customers
  • Required Education
    A relevant university degree (Master of Science or Master of Art degree. Preferred specialisation in Papermaking, Economics fields or Management.)
    Graduation by August 2019 at the latest.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in sales or customer service will be considered as an advantage.
    Language Skills
    Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
    Additional language skill will be considered an advantage.

    The ideal candidate is highly structured and systematic, works proactively and result-oriented and is willing and able to take initiative.   • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
