Consumer Board Skogshall Mill is now looking for a motivated, and hardworking individual. The successful candidate will be trained within an international environment. This position holder’s primary responsibility is to
work with optimisation of efficiency and quality in Pulp Production.

During your first 18 months in this job you will participate in the Stora Enso GROW Global Trainee Programme.

Job description

As part of our operation team you will be challenged with operational and strategic questions around Process Optimisation, Troubleshooting, Operational Development and Building safety culture. It is important you can take ownership and lead improvement and future focused development projects. You will work with a team to develop the future pulp mill of Skogshall and as a member of the production management team at the Pulp mill. To succeed in this job, you need excellent cooperation skills as well as the ability to work in a systematic way within good interpersonal and change management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing operating quality and efficiency within pulp mill and recovery area
  • Responsible for cost efficiency in operation
  • Co-operation with board manufacturing and maintenance
  • Developing and ensuring work safety
  • Required Education
    At least Bachelor’s degree in Pulp & Paper Engineering alternative, Technical Education Chemical/ Process/Mechanical/ Energy.
    Graduation by August 2019 at the latest.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
    Experience in Pulp Manufacturing and/or Recovery & Power Plant can be seen as an advantage.
    Language Skills
    Swedish, English, others languages as an advantage.

    General requirements

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.

Our wide board and barrier coating selection is suitable for the design and optimisation of packaging for liquid, food, pharmaceutical and luxury goods.
