To strengthen our capabilities on this journey, we are now looking for a Sales Development Specialist to our Sales team in Corrugated Sweden. For this new position, we seek an ambitious and energetic colleague with strong strategic skills and business mindset to grow our business through new offerings and services.

Job description

The main responsibility of the Sales Development Specialist is to conduct research to identify key segments and business opportunities for Corrugated Sweden and support growth by developing our product and service offering so that we can deliver value to our customers based on their needs.

We offer you a great view over the corrugated packaging business in Sweden and Stora Enso Packaging Solutions. You will have the opportunity to leave your fingerprint on new business opportunities that you will discover through research, and match those opportunities with our offering. You will get hands-on experience from strategy and sales development, including service selling, as well as an opportunity to develop strong skills in change and project management.

During your first 18 months in this job you will participate in the Stora Enso GROW Global Trainee Programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identifying market opportunities based on internal and external data, competitor analysis and interviews
  • Develop offerings to target identified opportunities, including value proposition, sales material help us develop and create more/new value for customers
  • Engage with customers to secure inputs and validate assumptions and offering by understanding their business model
  • Secure strong teamwork and collaboration between multiple units and stakeholders
  • Drive execution of sales strategy through hands-on sales development
  • Required Education
    Master Degree in Logistics, Economics/Business, Sourcing, Operations Management or Engineering.
    Graduation by August 2019 at the latest.
    Work Experience
    Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in sourcing or sales will be considered an advantage.
    Language Skills
    Fluent in Swedish and English.

    General requirements

  • Have graduated with a relevant university degree before 31.8.2019;
  • Are proficient in English;
  • Are willing to travel;
  • Have no more than 2 years of working experience after graduation;
  • Are motivated, development-minded, and up for a challenge.
